Cooking parties With Our members

Every two weeks we get together at different members home to cook a healthy meal plus dessert.

How It Works:

  1. A member offers to host the cooking party
  2. My Fit Escape staff decided on the meal and sides
  3. Each member who rsvp's for the cooking party will be required to bring certain ingredients for the meal. 
  4. The host will be the main cook while our staff supervises and explains the nutrition value. 
  5. Other members will also help prep the meal and take notes
